General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 - Preamble

The present conditions which define the applicable conditions between, on the one hand, LC FASHION SPRL, registered at the Carrefour des Entreprises bank under the number BE 0812.155.561, rue de la Casquette, 23, 4000 LIEGE, hereafter called COMING SOON SHOP and on the other hand, the people wishing to carry out a purchase via the website of Coming Soon Shop (, hereafter called “the customer”.

Article 2 - Application

The general terms of sales are applicable to all the orders placed via our website.

Any order from Coming Soon Shop shall involve the validation of the general terms of sale and thus involves acceptance, subject to those.

Coming Soon Shop reserve the right to modify constantly the present general terms of sales. The customer should be aware and accept all the clauses of it and give up prevailing himself of these conditions of purchase.

Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Coming Soon Shop constitute the proof all the transactions.

Article 3 - Payment terms

3.1 The products we offer on the site are valid while stocks last. The indications on the availability of the product are provided on the site at the moment of the order. However, this information is there only as an indication and a difference may exist with the exact value of our stocks.

3.2 The products we offer on the site are described and presented as exactly as possible. However, if errors or omissions could occur as for the presentation of a product, Coming Soon Shop shall have no liability.

Article 4 - Ordering

4.1 The site proposes various categorized articles. To acquire a product just click on the product description under it, select the size and/or color and click on “add to cart” .Finally the customer confirm his order and make payments.

4.2 The sale will be rendered final when Coming Soon Shop receive the total amount due for the sale, whatever the date on which the customer placed an order on the site.

4.3 Thanks to his clients' account, the customer will be able to follow his order status thanks to a tracking number which is only provided on request at at the address.

Article 5 - Product price

5.1 Prices contained in the product offering of the site are expressed in EUROS, VAT included but excluding delivery costs.

5.2 Any increase in VAT or new tax which would be imposed between the moment of the order and that of the delivery will be chargeable to the customer.

Article 6 - Payment terms

6.1 The customer is required to pay the whole amount of his order the same day as this of order placement.

6.2 Concerning the payment terms, the website has a secure payment system, through the services of E-commerce Ogone (solution of secure payment conceived for E-commerce sites).

6.3 Only the following cards are accepted for the online payment:

  • Credit cards : VISA/MASTERCARD
  • Payment via PAYPAL
  • Bank transfer on our bank account: BNP PARIBAS FORTIS

    (Any order paid by bank transfer will be reserved during 5 days as from its validation. Beyond this time, it will be cancelled. The customer will be informed of it by e-mail).

6.4 If a problem of suspected fraud occurs, Coming Soon Shop reserves the right of beginning proceedings for further information towards the customer by requiring various supporting documents and, following this, of canceling or suspending any order or delivery.

Article 7 - Delivery charges and times

7.1 The parcels are sent by Coming Soon Shop to the address communicated by the customer at the risk of the latter.

7.2 The delivery charges are paid by the customer and vary according to the geographical location of the place of delivery indicated at the moment of purchasing; please see below:

7.3 The delivery periods pointed when ordering are purely indicative. Their non-compliance could in any case lead the customer, neither to claim for damages, nor to require a cancellation of the order.

Article 8 - Purchase release

8.1 In accordance with the June 4th, 2010 Belgian law on market practices and consumer protection, the latter has a time of 14 calendar days retraction starting the day after the delivery to return, at his own expense and risks, the purchased products that might not be appropriate to him.

8.2 Only the products returned in perfect condition in their original packaging will be taken back. Any damaged product or original packaging will be, neither changed, nor refunded.

8.3 If the return is validated by Coming Soon Shop, the customer will be able to ask to have the product paid back or exchanged.

Article 9 - Protection of privacy

9.1 In accordance with law relative to privacy in relation to personal data, the personal information provided by the customers to create his account are exclusively aimed at Coming Soon Shop internal use. Coming Soon warrant they will not divulge information to any third party.

9.2 The customer has at any time the right to access, modify, correct and delete his personal data.

Article 10 - Legal competence

Any direct or indirect litigation between Coming Soon Shop and the customer falls within competence of the courses and courts of Liege, Belgium

The courts and tribunals of Liège will be exclusively competent for any direct or indirect litigation between Coming Soon Shop and their customers. Contractual relations between Coming Soon Shop and their customers are governed by Belgian law.
